The company benefits are here!!!

Group building tourism is coming soon!

Life is not only about work, but also about poetry and distance.

In late October 2019, Shanghe Company organized all employees to hold a regular overseas tour once every two years. The trip to Singapore and Malaysia lasted seven days.

Shanghe's family visited the cloud forest in the coastal garden of Singapore on the first day, a huge cold room that allows you to "ride the clouds". In the center of the cold room is a huge mountain with a height of 35 meters. There are dense green plants and flowers growing on the mountain. The giant waterfall (30 meters high) pours down from the top of the mountain. It simulates the cool and humid climate in tropical mountain areas, South America and high altitude areas in Africa. There are 9 different regions, which can help people discover biological diversity in exploration and understand the ecology of cloud forest. On the same day, I also went to the latest entertainment venue in downtown Singapore - Clara Wharf, which is an entertainment paradise integrating shopping, catering and entertainment. After arriving here, you will feel that the wharf seems to be in a festive atmosphere all day long. The bars and restaurants on the street make the atmosphere here very happy and relaxed. On the second day of the trip in Singapore, Elizabeth Park was arranged to watch the Merlion, a landmark of Singapore. The Merlion's new residence is themed with water, with lighting effects, creating a vivid and spectacular visual effect of the Merlion floating on the blue waves.

Our second stop was Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. We visited the high tower in Kuala Lumpur. The decorative glass on the top of the tower imitated the design of the Iranian palace, overlooking the whole city of Kuala Lumpur. The next stop is to visit the prince city, also known as Putrajaya, 28 kilometers away from Kuala Lumpur, which is the new administrative capital of Malaysia. With the theme of "Smart Garden City" as the development theme, the Prince City is a new city surrounded by primitive forests. The scenery here is different from any other city in Malaysia. A tree-lined avenue full of tropical plants and flowers leads directly to the square in front of the Prime Minister's Office. The pink water mosque is brilliant and magnificent under the reflection of the sun.

The national religion of Malaysia is Islam, and mosques are spread all over the country. The national mosque in the center of Kuala Lumpur, covering 5.5 hectares, was built in 1965. This is a group of buildings including prayer hall, minaret, mausoleum and office building. Its shape and decoration are similar to the three Mosques in Mecca, with magnificent momentum, and it is an outstanding representative of Islamic architectural art.

On the the fourth day, we went to the local Malay houses to experience the local customs and traditional life of the original Malaysian residents, and enjoyed the local cultural performances together. The housing of early Malaysians was closely related to the sea and river. For the convenience of fishing, drinking water and transportation, we built a house and family on the shore of the river. The fishing village is built on the water. The so-called streets are some small bridges connected. The biggest feature of Malaysian dwellings is that the builders attach great importance to the ventilation and heat resistance of the dwellings. The windows are particularly open. Some use the roof and wall body to leave slightly to keep the room cool and ventilated. In order to prevent moisture and tropical snakes and insects, the whole structure of the house is built on the pillars that are off the ground. A rectangular balcony is built in front of the house, and a ladder that can be removed at any time is the only way to go upstairs and enter the door.

At the end of the trip, we visited Shuangfeng Tower Square and Yunding Plateau. The Twin Towers, also known as Petronas Twin Towers, Kuala Lumpur City Centre, KLCC, was once the highest skyscraper in the world, and is now the fifth tallest building in the world, with a total of 452 meters and 88 floors. It is the pride and pride of Malaysians and marks the rapid economic development of Malaysia at the end of the 1990s. At the end of the 1990s, the classic Hollywood film "The Trap of the Sky" made the most successful advertisement for Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, and the Twin Towers became famous all over the world. The film, played by Sean Connery and Catherine Zeta Jones, is a stealthy partner who sneaks into this skyscraper. When you look at the herringbone overpass on the Twin Towers, you seem to recall that the protagonists and heroines in the film are slipping down from there and successfully escaped the police's siege. In the fountain of the square, the music fountain is unpredictable under the background of color lights. KLCC City Park is a rare green and elegant leisure place in the noisy downtown.

The last stop is the Yunding Plateau, known as the "South Monte Carlo", which is the largest tourism brand in Malaysia; The entertainment facilities on the plateau are complete and often make people linger. With an altitude of about 2000 meters and an annual temperature of about 22 ℃, it is the largest and most famous entertainment center and summer resort in Malaysia. It has overlapping mountains, green trees, lush flowers and plants, and fresh and pleasant air. There is Senba Mountain in the east, and Mount Punboa in the west. The mountain climbing road twists and turns. The building complex at Yunding is located at the Bird Lukali Mountain, 1772 meters above sea level. Surrounded by clouds, it looks like Penglai Pavilion in the sea of clouds, or like a mirage.

This pleasant and unforgettable tour reflects Shanghe's care for his family, enriches Shanghe's family's amateur cultural life, cultivates the staff's work ethic, provides more opportunities for employees to communicate with each other, and improves the team's centripetal force and cohesion. The exotic customs can not only relax employees, but also enjoy the beautiful mountains and waters of South Asian countries.

Shanghe has always advocated home and culture, and always adhered to people-oriented. Organizing employees to travel is a full affirmation of their hard work, and also a deep concern for employees. It is an important measure for the company to build corporate culture, cultivate talent team, and complete the fierce mechanism. Through tourism, employees can not only enjoy the natural beauty and enjoy the body and mind after their busy work, but also greatly mobilize their enthusiasm for work and enhance the cohesion of the enterprise and the sense of teamwork. In addition to relaxing their body and mind and cultivating their sentiment, employees can devote themselves to the work with more enthusiasm and contribute to the company's sustainable and rapid development.

This overseas trip is not only the company's concern for employees, but also a manifestation of excellent corporate culture. On the way back from the trip, the people of Shanghe Family said in succession: go abroad to enjoy the exotic customs and customs, and expand their horizons. What's more important is to have experience and insights, and bring these experiences and insights to work. We should follow the general trend, work together, and rise high. In the future work, we should meet new challenges with a fuller spirit!
